Prior to being an executive coach, I was a VP and Global business leader for GlaxoSmithKline where I led the $1bn Respiratory Health business in Consumer Healthcare and the Rx to OTC switch of Flonase Allergy Relief.
My career has spanned 6 countries and I have lived and worked in Canada, UK, Cyprus, Dubai, Malaysia and the USA.

I’m the mum to two gorgeous children who continue to be gorgeous even though they’re teenagers. I’m an excellent shopper, an average yogi and a terrible cook.
